Terms of service

By placing an order with Marlowe Linen you agree to these terms.

Products. All goods are made to order. Fabric colors shown on this site are photographs and reproduce differently on different screens; they are a guide and not an exact match. We provide free swatches so that colour can be assessed in person before you buy. Dye lots vary slightly between production runs, and a cloth ordered today may differ marginally from one ordered six months ago. Cloths wider than the fabric roll are seamed; on custom print orders, patterns are not matched across seams unless specifically requested and quoted.

Pricing. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order affected by one.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, and will refund it in full if we do. Once production has begun an order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Made to measure and custom print. Dimensions and artwork are confirmed in writing before anything is cut or printed. You are responsible for the accuracy of the dimensions you supply and for holding the rights to any artwork you send us. We will not print artwork you do not have the rights to use.

Availability. Fabrics and colors are supplied by our mill and may be discontinued or become unavailable without notice. If something you have ordered becomes unavailable we will contact you with alternatives or refund you.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including costs arising from an event that did not go as planned.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of New Jersey.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
