Shipping policy

We ship within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or internationally.

Rates. Orders of $199 or more ship free. Orders below $199 ship at a flat $19.95, whatever the order contains and wherever in the continental US it is going. There is no handling fee on top.

Processing. Allow five to seven business days before your order ships. Every cloth is cut after you order it, and every order is inspected and packed by hand before it leaves.

Transit. One to five business days by UPS once it is moving, depending on your distance from New Jersey. In practice most orders arrive within two weeks of the day they are placed.

Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created.

Dates. We do not operate a paid rush service. Nothing here sits on a shelf, so no fee makes a cloth get cut faster than it can be cut. If you are working to a date, email before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

Delivery problems. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
